Can I get customized T-Shirts for a design I created?
Absolutely! You can share your design with us and we will create T-shirts you will love. You will not have to struggle with tedious design tools and worry about the look and quality of the final product. We provide aesthetic placement, right sizing of design, distinct neck styles and a wide range of T-shirt sizes. If you do not have a design you can just share your concept with us and the seasoned fashion designers on our team will create a special design just for your tribe! I am planning for a batch reunion and want to order the same designs for both men & women in my batch. But I do not want the ill-fitting, run-of-the-mill unisex sizes?
Batch reunions are a momentous event. And we are happy to do a special design for your event and provide Tees in feminine as well as unisex fits and styles. I am tired of getting the same unisex T-shirts at my workplace. I am proud to be at the organization that I work for, and I and other women at my workplace would love to wear a team Tee. But not the unisex, unsightly one. Can you do Tees for women in workplace teams?
Yes! We pride ourselves as the only brand who creates Team Tees for women in fits, sizes and styles they will love to wear. We do team Tees for men and women in corporates, NGOs, passion clubs (marathoners, volleyball team, dance troupe, you-name-it) and other communities they identify with. How should I decide what size to order?
The size chart is provided on the product page. Please use the actual dimensions listed to decide which size is appropriate for you. Measure the chest size dimensions of a favourite Tee of yours. Use the same dimensions to pick the corresponding size to order.
Tip: We have generally found that our customers order +2 inches of their brassiere size. For instance, if your brassiere size is 38 inch, for a comfort fit, order a Tee with size 40. For a snug fit, order size 38. And for a loose fit order 42. If you need help in ordering the right size, write to us at hello@tribeavive.in.

Will I have to pay GST in addition to the product cost?
No, the product costs are inclusive of GST.

How do I order a product? I missed the order window!
To ensure quality and timely delivery of our customized products, we use order cycles to manage our design, production and delivery. We regularly open the order window for our products, so that you can order in the next window if you miss. However, if you need an order sooner for a special occasion write to us at hello@tribeavive.in with your requirement and we will do our best to make the product available for you.

How long does it take to deliver my order?
Each product at TribeAvive is made-to-order with finest material and long-lasting high quality printing. We work hard to ensure the best quality for small volume customized products. However, good things take time! The delivery can take up to three weeks from the order window closing date, based on the shipping address. We hope you will love receiving the specially crafted product while we work to further shorten the delivery timeframes!

I made a mistake in my shipping address — is it too late to change it?
Please write to us at orders@tribeavive.in within 12 hours of placing the order and let us know the correct address.

Do you ship outside India?
At present, we ship only within Karnataka. We plan to expand countrywide and internationally soon. Stay connected & subscribe to our updates.

My t-shirt is the wrong size — can I exchange it?
We have detailed size charts so that you do not face any sizing issues while ordering. All our products are made-to-order which makes it difficult to exchange products, except if they are damaged or defective. However, if you feel you would be happier with a different size, we want to see you smile! To exchange a product, you can contact us at orders@tribeavive.in within seven days of receiving the product. Please share with us the order id and item details (including name, color, neck style and size of item) you are exchanging and what new size that you want it exchanged for. We’ll send you instructions on how to exchange.
